Yes! I'd be happy to work with you. If don’t see what you are looking for in my shop Feel free to contact me so I create a unique one-of-a-kind piece.

When will I receive my order?

We work very quickly & diligently to ship within 3 - 5 days of receiving the order. Shipping is SEPARATE from production time. You will get to choose your shipping time at checkout. If you need your item(s) sooner, please message me beforehand and let me know. I may be able to accommodate your request depending on my current workload.

What if I have a problem with my order?

All items are handcrafted and customized with care therefore we don’t usually accept returns or exchanges on jewelry unless the fault was ours. However, we understand that these pieces are very sentimental and important, so If you do have an issue with your product, please feel free to contact us and we can solve the issue.
If you did not order the correct size or your jewelry doesn’t fit, we do offer a resizing or adjustment service, an additional fee might be applied.

What is hand stamping & can you stamp on the back of discs?

I hand stamp with quality, care and precision, however, since each letter is being stamped into the metal there will be variation between depth, spacing, and alignment, this is not to be seen as a defect, but as part of the character of the piece. This what makes custom stamping so special and an original one of a kind piece! Also, due to the nature of hand stamping there will be impressions on the back of the disc which doesn't allow us to stamp on the backside.

Where is my package?

I cannot guarantee the amount of time it will take for the post office to deliver your piece. Once it leaves my studio it is unfortunately out of my hands.
If your tracking states your package has been 'delivered' but you do not have it please notify your local post office immediately & inquire with your tracking number. It is likely your postal carrier will know where it was placed. Although packages are rarely lost in the mail, replacement costs will need to be covered by you.
I am not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect or inaccurate address in Etsy or PayPal.All items will be shipped to the address you have registered on your Etsy account.

International Orders can take 1 – 4 weeks depending on the country.
Orders shipped from the US/International DO NOT ship with a tracking number or time guarantee.
International shipments may be subject to customs fees or charges. These fees will vary in each country, and are not applied until your item reaches its destination We are unable to predict the costs of these fees, if any, are applied. For this reason, I am not liable for unexpected customs fees or taxes charged to your shipment.
I recommend international buyers get familiar with their county's shipping/customs regulations before making an international purchase.

Gift wrapping and packaging

If you paid for gift wrapping the item with be in a cotton filled jewelry box with our logo, tied with a ribbon ready to give as a gift. All other items will arrive in our white organza bag.

If you are sending this as a gift please let us know in the notes to seller box not to include the receipt and we will gladly include a personalized message upon request for free.

Care instructions

Due to many varying factors, sterling silver, copper and brass will tarnish and/or fade over time.
Items may need to be polished. Darkening may fade. Finish may dull. This is the natural process of wearing these metals as well as gold filled at times.

Please USE the polishing pad (off white pad) INCLUDED only with orders that are made with the sterling silver.
DO NOT THROW IT AWAY – you can use it more than once even if it shows some black on the white pad, it will still work time after time.
